摘要:以无籽刺梨果实为原料,采用热水浸提法提取多糖。在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面对提取工艺条件优化,并进一步研究了其抗氧化活性。结果表明,无籽刺梨多糖提取工艺参数以浸提温度80 ℃、料液比30∶1 mL/g、浸提时间3 h为宜,实际多糖提取率8.37%。无籽刺梨多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性和一定的还原能力,对DPPH·和·OH清除的半抑制质量浓度(IC50)分别为1.02 mg/mL和0.5 mg/mL。

Optimization of Extraction Process by Response Surface Methodology and Antioxidant Activity of Rose sterilis S.D.Shi Polysaccharides

Abstract:Using Rose sterilis S.D.Shi fruit as raw material, polysaccharides are extracted by hot water extraction. On the basis of single factor experiments, the extraction process conditions are optimized through response faces. And further studied its antioxidant activity. The results showed that the optimum extraction process parameters of Rose sterilis S.D.Shi polysaccharides were extraction temperature of 80 ℃, material-to-liquid ratio of 30∶1 mL/g, and extraction time of 3 h. The actual extraction rate of polysaccharides was 8.37%. Rose sterilis S.D.Shi Pear polysaccharide has good antioxidant activity and certain reducing ability, and the semi-inhibitory mass concentration (IC50) for DPPPH · and · OH removal are 1.02 mg/mL and 0.5 mg/mL, respectively.
